Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect customer data, operational evidence and platform availability. They apply to every workspace and authorized user.

Effective August 26, 2026

Lawful warehouse use

Use CRATARA only for legitimate business operations involving goods, inventory, prep, fulfillment, shipping, service capture and related administration that you are authorized to manage.

Prohibited conduct

  • Accessing, testing, enumerating or attempting to obtain another organization's accounts, records, files or storage.
  • Bypassing authentication, role controls, rate limits, RLS policies or other security controls.
  • Introducing malware, automating abusive traffic, disrupting availability, or scanning for vulnerabilities without written authorization.
  • Falsifying Proof of Work, employee identity, inventory, billing, timestamps, photos, scans or audit history.
  • Uploading unlawful, infringing, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing or malicious content.
  • Using CRATARA for covert employee surveillance, facial recognition, biometric identification, or collection of unnecessary sensitive information.
  • Sharing individual accounts, exposing credentials, or using data for a purpose inconsistent with the notices provided to affected people.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, reverse engineering or scraping the service except as expressly permitted by law or a written agreement.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant evidence, restrict the affected feature, suspend access, or report unlawful activity when reasonably necessary. When circumstances permit, we will notify the customer administrator and seek a proportionate remedy.
